White glove pickup and drop-off for static calibration
When your vehicle requires static calibration, we offer white glove pickup and drop-off service through our Truckee shop. We coordinate the vehicle’s trip to the shop and its return so windshield service can fit around your time on the slopes or at the lake.
Tell us where you are staying, your plans and when you need the vehicle back. We will confirm pickup arrangements and timing before your appointment, taking glass availability, required calibration and safe drive-away time into account.

A local team, at a suitable location
Tell us where the vehicle is parked when you request your appointment. A home driveway, workplace or fleet yard may be suitable, provided there is safe access and enough room to complete the installation. We confirm the location before dispatching a technician.
Our mobile appointments are coordinated through our locally owned Truckee shop at 11211 Trails End Road, B-1. You have a local team to call about parts, scheduling and follow-up care.
What we confirm before coming out
Send your year, make, model and VIN, along with the glass that needs attention. Features such as a head-up display, heated glass, rain sensor and driver-assistance camera affect the part we order. For a broken door or rear window, include a photo of the affected opening.
Glass availability, weather, access and manufacturer procedures determine whether the job can be completed at your location. We explain any need for a shop appointment when we arrange the work.
Replacement and calibration belong in the same plan
On vehicles with a windshield-mounted forward-facing ADAS camera, calibration is required after windshield replacement. The camera is typically mounted near the rearview mirror. Our team follows the procedures specified for the vehicle.
Some work requires a controlled calibration space or particular driving conditions. A mobile glass installation does not remove those requirements. We coordinate the appropriate next step through our Truckee calibration team.
Know when your vehicle is ready
Your technician will explain the adhesive's required safe drive-away time and the relevant aftercare for the installation. Build that time into your plans instead of assuming you can drive immediately when the glass is fitted. We use fast-cure urethane with a 30-minute minimum safe drive-away time after windshield installation, subject to the manufacturer’s application conditions. Installation and any required calibration are separate parts of the appointment; your technician will confirm when your vehicle is ready.
